Disabled and need dentures

I am a 42 yr old diabetic who below the federal poverty line and need dentures. I have numerous medical problems due to my diabetes and there are no programs in my state for dental care for adults. I would be very appreciative of any assistance in getting me some teeth. I would love to feel as if I could smile again without being embrassed.
